Accepted payment method is PayPal – using either a PayPal account or a credit card via PayPal. A Paypal account isn't required to use a credit card. NOTE: Michigan residents will be charged a 6% sales tax.
return policy:
Please read each listing carefully. If you have any further questions, kindly contact me prior to placing an order. All sales are final. That said, I want you to be pleased with your salt labs' purchase. If for any reason you are not, I will try to work out a satisfactory solution with you. I will not be able to offer cash refunds unless an item arrives damaged. In case of damage, please make an email claim with me within 2 days of receipt of product, attaching a photo of the damaged goods and packaging. Returns (when necessary) are accepted within 14 days of receipt. It must be properly packaged and insured for its full price. Please contact me for the return shipping address. Neither original nor returned shipping/handling charges are refundable. If you requested insured shipping, a claim will need to made with USPS.
